SEC 1636-al. County and district fairs—premiums.
1 Any county or district fair or agricultural society may annually
2 oífer and award premiums to further the interest in, and to encourage
3 the improvement of, live stock, agricultural and educational products,
4 implements and mechanical devices, articles of domestic industry and
5 such other articles as they may think proper, and to regulate the
6 amount thereof and the classification as to induce general competition.
