5 The application shall contain a statement showing the name, age, sex,<br />

6 and the residence <strong>of</strong> the applicant ; the name and location <strong>of</strong> the school<br />

7 or college <strong>of</strong> which he graduated, the length <strong>of</strong> time devoted to the<br />

8 study <strong>of</strong> chiropractic, the date <strong>of</strong> graduation, the experience <strong>of</strong> the<br />

9 applicant, if any. in the care <strong>of</strong> the sick as interne or clinical assistant<br />

10 under any regular licensed preceptor. The application shall be signed<br />

11 and verified by the oath <strong>of</strong> the applicant.<br />

SEC. 1326-a28. Refusal and revocation <strong>of</strong> license—appeal.<br />

1 The board <strong>of</strong> examiners may refuse to grant a license to any<br />

2 person otherwise qualified and shall revoke any license issued bv it<br />

3 to any chiropractor who is riot <strong>of</strong> good moral character, or who solicits<br />

4 pr<strong>of</strong>essional patronage by agents, or who is guilty <strong>of</strong> false and fraudu-<br />

5 lent representations as to his skill and ability, or who is guilty <strong>of</strong><br />

6 gross unpr<strong>of</strong>essional conduct, or for incompetency, or for habitual<br />

7 intoxication or use <strong>of</strong> narcotic drugs or for fraud or deception in the<br />

8 procurement <strong>of</strong> his license.<br />

9 Before any license shall be revoked by the board, the holder<br />

10 there<strong>of</strong> shall be entitled to have at least twenty days' notice <strong>of</strong> the<br />

11 charge against him and <strong>of</strong> the time and place when the board will hear<br />

12 and determine the charges and upon such hearing he shall be entitled<br />

13 to be represented by counsel, and have compulsory process to procure<br />

14 the attendance <strong>of</strong> witnesses.<br />

15 Any person who is aggrieved by any ruling, order, or decision <strong>of</strong><br />

16 the board <strong>of</strong> examiners made as contemplated in this section, shall have<br />

17 the right <strong>of</strong> appeal therefrom to the district court <strong>of</strong> the county where<br />

18 such hearing <strong>of</strong> revocation is held.<br />

19 Upon receiving notice <strong>of</strong> any appeal the secretary-treasurer <strong>of</strong><br />

20 the board <strong>of</strong> examiners shall forthwith certify to the clerk <strong>of</strong> the court<br />

21 in which the appeal is triable a complete transcript <strong>of</strong> the entire record<br />

22 <strong>of</strong> the proceedings before the board and shall transmit to the clerk<br />

23 all the original papers, documents, and records.<br />

24 The appeal shall be heard at the next term <strong>of</strong> court commencing<br />

25 not less than ten days after the service <strong>of</strong> the notice <strong>of</strong> appeal, and<br />

26 shall be triable as a law action, with right <strong>of</strong> appeal to the supreme<br />

27 court.<br />

SEC. 1326-a29. Licensee <strong>of</strong> foreign state.<br />

1 Any person holding a license issued by the board <strong>of</strong> any other<br />

2 state, having requirements equal to those provided in this chapter,<br />

3 shall be entitled to license without examination at the discretion <strong>of</strong> the<br />

4 board upon payment <strong>of</strong> the fee <strong>of</strong> twenty dollars and furnishing to<br />

5 said board <strong>of</strong> examiners satisfactory evidence <strong>of</strong> his good moral<br />

6 character.<br />

SEC. 1326-a30. Funds—expenditures.<br />

1 At the close <strong>of</strong> each regular meeting <strong>of</strong> the board <strong>of</strong> examiners,<br />

2 the secretary-treasurer <strong>of</strong> the board shall account to and deposit with<br />

3 the treasurer <strong>of</strong> the state all preliminary and license fees received and<br />

4 the same shall be kept by the said treasurer <strong>of</strong> state in a separate fund
