SEC. 1321-a7. Compensation <strong>of</strong> examiners—supplies.<br />

1 Each member <strong>of</strong> the board <strong>of</strong> examiners, except the secretary and<br />

2 the physician members who are paid salaries, shall receive for his<br />

3 services out <strong>of</strong> the funds created by payment <strong>of</strong> fees by applicants for<br />

4 licenses, the sum <strong>of</strong> five dollars per diem and necessary traveling and<br />

5 incidental expenses, while the secretary shall receive his necessary<br />

6 expenses for services which can not be performed at the capítol. AU<br />

7 printing, postage and other contingent expenses, necessarily incurred,<br />

8 shall be paid from said fund, and all expenses shall be itemized, veri-<br />

9 fied, audited and a warrant drawn therefor on the podiatrists' fund<br />

10 in the same manner as other expenses <strong>of</strong> the state board <strong>of</strong> medical<br />

11 examiners.<br />

SEC. 1321-a8. Penalty.<br />

1 Any person, who shall knowingly violate any <strong>of</strong> the provisions<br />

2 <strong>of</strong> this chapter, upon conviction there<strong>of</strong>, shall be fined a sum not<br />

3 exceeding one hundred dollars, or imprisoned in the county jail not<br />

4 to exceed thirty days.<br />

SEC. 1321-a9. Scope <strong>of</strong> law.<br />

1 This chapter shall not apply to the physicians licensed by the<br />

2 state board <strong>of</strong> medical examiners <strong>of</strong> this state, nor to the surgeons<br />

3 <strong>of</strong> the United <strong>State</strong>s army, navy and United <strong>State</strong>s public health<br />

4 service, when in actual performance <strong>of</strong> their <strong>of</strong>ficial duties.<br />
