INTRODUCTION 

The Institution NIMBUS TUTORIAL came into function just ten years ago on 

5th March 2000 in this twin capital city Itanagar and Naharlagun with a purpose 

“Eminence through Excellence”. The sole purpose behind is to provide high standard 

of education through suitable means to prepare the students of the state 

for various entrance tests for getting admissions to the engineering and medical 

courses in the prestigious institutes of India and abroad. 

The success of students in fact is the success of an Institute. This centre of 

learning wants to make atleast one doctor and engineer from each and every family 

of the state as our children are having that potentiality to come out successful with 

flying colours. They are in need of certain guidelines related to the technical pattern 

of the questions being asked in various entrance exams to top at the competition 

and excel by their right aptitude. Our all efforts will be to provide them a secured 

and pleasing atmosphere where they can develop their knowledge and by reaping 

the fruits, they can show their talent not only in various Entrance Examinations but 

also getting admission in future academic pursuits. This institute makes proper 

planning, giving timely feedback for the students upto their level of satisfaction. 

All this will be made possible only when our students will come forward 

with firm determination to march ahead on the road of progress with full support 

of their parents. In this regard ATSE will be a great source of inspiration not only

through various pre-medical test like AIIMS, AFMC, CBSE-PMT, BHU, JIPMER & 

state JEE and Joint Entrance examination of engineering like IIT, AIEEE, BIT, AIIIT & 

state JEE, that will automatically bring good name and fame to the individual, family 

in particular and state as a whole. 

The purpose of this study centre is to build up self confidence for the 

entrance exams. We know certificate can not be the passport to get the service. 

Knowledge is required for any service. If both knowledge and certificate will march 

together the purpose to get service will be made easier.
