(4) When the imported machinery has arrived at the port of destination, the same<br />
I&E company declares with Customs and the Commodity Inspection Bureau<br />
examines the imports. The goods are granted permission with the Bureau’s<br />
approval and the tariff and duty paid.<br />
(5) The last step—the I&E company notifies the domestic customers of the delivery.<br />
