Während einer Ausstellung 1966 in der Leo Castelli Gallerie in New<br />
York City, deckte Andy Warhol die Wände der Gallerie mit Tapete ab.<br />
Für dieses mittels Siebdruck abgebildete und sich wiederholende<br />
Kuh-Motiv verwendete Warhol Neonfarben, für die er während der<br />
Pop Art Bewegung in den 1960ern bekannt war.<br />
In a 1966 exhibition at the Leo Castelli Gallery in New York City,<br />
Andy Warhol covered the walls of the gallery with wallpaper of repeat<br />
screen printed images of this cow in day-glow colors that Warhol was<br />
famous for during the Pop Art movement of the 1960s<br />

1966 entwarf und produzierte Warhol das erste Album von The Velvet<br />
Underground and Nico. Das Debütalbum der Velvets und das bekannte<br />
Bild “Banana”, mit Warhols gestempelter Unterschrift auf dem<br />
Album Cover, ist eines der anerkanntesten und geschätztesten Alben<br />

In 1966, Warhol produced and designed the fi rst album of The Velvet<br />
Underground and Nico. The Velvet’s debut album with the famous<br />
Banana image with Warhol’s stamped signature is one of the most<br />
recognized and revered albums in rock and roll history.<br />

Die Andy Warhol Serie “Flowers” aus den 1960ern besteht aus<br />
Hibiskus-Blumen, wobei Warhol durch und durch farbenfrohe Kompositionen<br />
erstellte, die in unterschiedlichsten Ausrichtungen<br />
dargestellt wurden. In dieser Serie wurde die Blüte durch die Siebdrucktechnik<br />
fl achgedrückt und erzeugte so ein wunderschönes Gemälde,<br />

The Warhol Flowers series from the 1960s is of hibiscus fl owers<br />
whereby Warhol created all over colorful compositions that were<br />
exhibited in various orientations, and in which the silkscreen process<br />
fl attened the fl owers to create a beautiful painting that is integrally<br />
abstract and Pop.<br />

1981 wurde die Serie “Dollar Signs” von Warhol erstellt, deren Gemälde<br />
seither zu einigen der Werke Warhols gehören, die den größten Kultsymbolcharakter<br />

In 1981, the series of Dollar Signs was executed by Warhol, and since<br />
then these paintings have been some of Warhol’s most iconic works.<br />
