Abstract:<br />
In this study we will research for effect of comb foundation on American foulbrood<br />
appearence which is one of the most important problem of beekeeping.We will look for Pl.l<br />
spores and determine contamination on comb foundation. We will emphasize importance of<br />
obeying the sterilisation procedure from the production and packaging stage till the usage<br />
stage.<br />
We will also look for antibiotics residue and find out whether or not beekeepers stil<br />
using antibiotics for treating diseases and the impact of comb foundation residues on residue<br />
of honey.<br />
Thus, we will find out the effect of comb foundation on antibiotic residue problem for<br />
honey exporting and show the importance of using origin known comb foundation.<br />
