In this project, 100 disease suscipious samples will be examined by three different<br />
methods. The first of these methods; is the conventional culture method which described in the<br />
“Manual For The Aligment of Methods in the Laboratories in Turkey and E.U.” published by<br />
the Ministry of Agricultural and Rural Affairs. Samples will also be subjected to examination<br />
by conventional and Real-Time PCR methods. Results will be presented qualitatively in a<br />
comparative table enabling us to reveal the specifity and sensitivity rates of methods.<br />
