It aims to: provide institutional mechanisms<br />

recommended amendments to many of the<br />
laws with the objective of promoting equality<br />
<strong>and</strong> to amend discriminatory provisions;<br />
address crimes against women<br />

a gender perspective in the<br />
development processes; eliminating<br />
