The functions of the office include: develop
gender mainstreaming guidelines; establish
a gender focal point system and interministerial
working group; train key planning
officers, gender focal points, as well as placing
gender advisors in prioritized ministries.

fundamental rights; develop and
improve the quality of text books,
other materials and learning
processes, stress the importance

particularly on women.

with the state policy and political, economic
and social objective.
