We are happy to inform you that eight new members have joined our TMYP in the month of
March-08 and four members in the month of April-08. With the grace of Sri HARI our total
strength has now increased to 93.

Happenings behind the scene:
Selected Students list:
� We have selected Thirteen(13)students for scholarship & one Vedapatashala
which is being run at Erode by “Sri Damodar achar” who studied along
with current pontiff of Sri Uttaradhi mutt .Under Pundit Sri
Damodarachar Fourteen(14)students are pursuing their Vedic career at
Erode, on the banks of River Cauvery.
� All the selected students belong to economically weaker sections of our
community .Students have been selected purely based on their academic
performance as well as economic criteria of their respective families.
� We have selected the candidates, where their family’s Monthly income is not
exceeding Rs.4, 000/- We have given utmost preference to this point while
selecting the candidates. In addition to that, our CORE MEMBERS have
done background verification as well, as our intention is to help only
students who belong to economically weaker sections.

ANNUAL MEETING OF TMYP
Our meeting is scheduled to be taken place on 25th MAY-08 at Sri Udipi Krishna temple (Pejawar
mutt) at Triplicane, Chennai. Smt.Saraswathi Sripathi, Editor of Tattvawadha Magazine will
distribute the scholarship amount to the selected candidates. We kindly request you all
participate in our annual meeting, those who are coming out of chennai are requested to intimate
us in advance so that necessary arrangements will be made to them for THEERTHA PRASADHA
at Udipi Krishna mandir. Our programme details will be shortly sent to our yahoo group or will be
published in this blog.
During our annual meeting of TMYP, we will be announcing the merger of Tamilnadu madhwa
yuva Parishat(TMYP) with Madhwacharya seva sangha, Saligramam,
Chennai,(MSS)who are doing this service of helping deserving students from
economically weaker sections of our community, apart from spreading the siddhantha of Sriman
Anandateertha, by conducting pravachane, publishing books etc etc.. They have obtained 80-G
certificate also.
PS: Your contributions to us from June '08 will get 80-G exemption. Modalities for
merging TMYP with MSS are in the progress.
