For every customer wish in the area of hydraulic cylinders,
WEBER-HYDRAULIK engineering develops a customised
solution. In doing so we realise numerous special solutions,
for example with low-friction and wear-resistant gasket
systems, constant and selective positioning transducers,
end position and position dependent plunger damping as
well as noise reduced cylinder bearings.
For safety-critical applications we also offer redundantly
confi gured systems, e.g. with dual circuit steering cylinders,
and the direct integration of functions for hydraulic or
mechanical plunger locking.
By directly attaching an electrical pump to centring actuators,
electro-hydraulic power modules are created that combine
the advantages of the high functionality of hydraulic cylinders
with a simple electrical power supply and thus offer a wide
range of capabilities in mobile and industrial applications.
