Hydraulic solutions for
industrial machinery.
Presses, punching machines, bending
presses, rolling mills, plastics processing
machines, off-shore facilities,
hydraulic test benches, hydraulic power
stations, industrial furnaces and
recycling plants.
The many different applications for hydraulic
systems in industry and mechanical engineering
generally require custom system designs for
special applications. Hydraulic presses and punching
machines have to safely produce and manage
enormous forces at high working speeds while
ensuring smooth, low-wear running and long service
lives. For the locking of bell-type furnaces special
swing clamping cylinders are used, which enable
swing strokes of up to 90° in addition to axial
motion.
The hydraulic power units used with presses and
forming equipment are exactly matched to the
available space by the structural shape. Through
direct attachment of the necessary valve blocks,
even sophisticated controls can be realised in a
compact design.
Unmanned ROVs (remote operated vehicles) for
off-shore applications are equipped with complex
special solutions. With them the operator can
remotely control the hydraulic operating system of
such ROVs with extreme sensitivity.
