6
Nobody does it better.
The hydraulic cylinders.

Pure hydraulics expertise
for more than six decades.
For every customer wish in the area of hydraulic cylinders,
WEBER-HYDRAULIK engineering develops a customised
solution. In doing so we realise numerous special solutions,
for example with low-friction and wear-resistant gasket
systems, constant and selective positioning transducers,
end position and position dependent plunger damping as
well as noise reduced cylinder bearings.
For safety-critical applications we also offer redundantly
confi gured systems, e.g. with dual circuit steering cylinders,
and the direct integration of functions for hydraulic or
mechanical plunger locking.
By directly attaching an electrical pump to centring actuators,
electro-hydraulic power modules are created that combine
the advantages of the high functionality of hydraulic cylinders
with a simple electrical power supply and thus offer a wide
range of capabilities in mobile and industrial applications.
7

8
The right solution
for every application.
The cylinder line.
Because not all cylinders
are equal.
The WEBER-HYDRAULIK Group develops and manufactures
hydraulic cylinders for the widest range of serial applications,
with plunger diameters of 10 to 200 mm and stroke lengths
of up to 2 m. Additionally, for special applications diameters of
up to 500 mm and lengths of up to 3 m are possible.
Our product spectrum ranges from the smallest actuators for
locking purposes to stabilisers with 600 bar peak pressure and
loads of 1,200 kN.
All of our processes are certifi ed according to the latest industrial
standards and guarantee reliable and verifi able quality at
the highest level.
Our product line includes:
• Actuators and load cylinders with integrated control,
pressure, brake or stop valves
• Single and dual circuit steering cylinders with and without
additional functions
• Cylinders with integrated hydraulic or mechanical locking
• Suspension cylinders with low-friction gasket systems and
end position damping
• Tilt cab systems with actuators, hand pumps or electrical
pumps and lockable fasteners

10
Open, close and all
the intelligence in between.
The valves.
Performance when and
how you want it.
In the fi eld of valve technology the WEBER-HYDRAULIK Group
is a specialist for sophisticated requirements with regard to
function, quality and fl exibility. Our core competencies are in
the areas of:
• Proportional valves
• Poppet valves
• Standard and miniature valves
• Customised valve solutions
Proportional valves
In addition to our proportional valves with directional
function we also offer individually developed pressure relief,
pressure control and flow control valves. Fine-tuned high
quality electronics provide optimum control behaviour. The key
features of our proportional valves include the distinctly low
leakage, minimal hysteresis and the outstanding fi ne controllability.

Poppet valves
Our poppet valves are metallically seat-sealed spherical
designs with fl ow in both directions. The valves are available
in bi-directional function and directly controlled version up
to 100 litres/min. with exceptionally low pressure losses. On
request, an additional switching position indicator can be
integrated. For hermetic sealing, alternatively, an electrically
actuated ball valve with position indicator can be used.
Standard and miniature valves
In addition to our standard cartridge and top mounted valves
for pressure-control, directional-control and fl ow-control
function with fl ow rates of over 800 litres/min, our portfolio includes
miniature proportional valves in the small size of NG3
with all common functions and micro-controllable fl ow rates
from 0.01 litres/min.
11

12
The best performance
is nothing without control.
The control units.
Everything always under control.
The WEBER-HYDRAULIK Group develops and produces
control units in a wide range of lot sizes on the newest CNC
processing facilities. Corresponding to the high quality demands,
the latest testing facilities are available for assembly
and hydraulic fi nal inspection and testing.
When sophisticated control solutions are required for hydraulic
systems the specialists are in their element. First they immerse
themselves deep in the machinery design and analyse all the
technical control requirements. Thanks to this very intensive
analysis they can often suggest key optimisation ideas –
particularly beyond the given solution. This close and cooperative
partnership with our customers from specifi cation
through engineering to delivery of the completely fi tted unit
is our secret for successful serial products.
Thanks to our many years of experience in engineering and the
increased use of in-house quality valves we offer distinctly
compact solutions precisely tailored to customer requirements
up to pressure ranges of 500 bar.

We use a range of different materials for control blocks:
• High-strength, anodised aluminium
• Steel, galvanised, nickel plated or phosphatised and painted
• Stainless steel
Downstream processes such as thermal deburring, surface
treatment and quality control of each unit help to maximise
quality and eliminate defects.
13

14
The heart of every
hydraulic system.
The hydraulic power unit.
Maximum reliability
even under pressure.
Hydraulic power units ready for connection are used wher-
ever consumers with differing oil volume requirements are
operated. For example in mobile hydraulics, machine tools
or also in general industry.
The WEBER-HYDRAULIK Group develops and produces a
wide range of different types of hydraulic power units, from
compact powerpacks for mobile hydraulics to special power
units for industrial hydraulics.
Through the direct attachment of various valves, even complex
system controls can be realised with compact dimensions.
• Tank volume 0.5 – 10,000 litres
• Delivery fl ow 0.35 – 1,000 litres/min.
• Operating pressures up to 1,000 bar
• Power range 0.2 –1,000 kW

Our experienced and highly motivated engineers project and
design customised power units in many different designs
and power classes. These facts as well as the ability to apply
our own valve product range form the stable basis for satis-
fi ed customers. Father more many of the switching or
proportional valves used come from our own production lines
as well and are subject to the highest standards. As a
conscientious supplier with a distinct passion for details, we
consider ourselves responsible for service and reliability.
A system supplier with
innovative components.
The increased demands made of hydraulic systems in all
kinds of vehicles or machines call for a new type of coopera-
tive partnership between machinery manufacturers and their
development partners. With our proven system expertise and
long, successful track record in development and production,
we are ideally positioned to be an ideal partner.
The WEBER-HYDRAULIK Group is in the excellent position of
being able to offer both high quality components and total
systems from a single source. In the fi eld of systems technolo-
gy the customer-specifi c requirements are transferred to the
individual components and specifi c parts. Then we develop
highly effi cient, cost-effective systems because we make
sure the individual components meet these requirements.
Finally we bring them optimally together in production.
This systems competency going back many years is used for
hydraulic solutions in all kinds of different applications. From
the idea through development and configuration to the start
of production, we can realise e.g. swinging, tilting and lifting
systems, various clamping and gripper systems, electro-hydrau-
lic energy recovery systems, hydraulic control systems for
presses and other processing machines, as well as steering
and suspension systems for chassis and cabs.
Experience meets innovation.
Hydraulic rescue equipment.
First choice for fi re brigades and
emergency rescue units.
Fire brigades and emergency rescue units choose
WEBER-HYDRAULIK. The rescue of trapped people after
road accidents and natural disasters is one of the most
important tasks of fi re brigades and rescue units. Speed,
reliability and precision are absolutely essential for both
emergency services and their equipment. Our hydraulic
equipment is used for cutting reinforced materials, sections
and vehicle columns and for lifting or pushing away
loads or vehicle parts. Another application is recycling
motor vehicles, electrical appliances and building waste.
High performance, low weight, speed and reliability.
These are what rescue units require of our equipment.
Fulfi lling these requirements is our challenge.

10
Play out options.
Hydraulic solutions for
industrial trucks.
Forklifts, high rack stackers, gantry lift
trucks and gantry cranes.
Industrial trucks and their accessories are equipped
with numerous cylinders and hydraulic
components for their various functions. Due to
their need of high power density, combustion
engine or electric motor-driven forklifts are fi tted
with hydraulic equipment that handles the control
of the operating functions and the movement
of the load-carrying attachment. The hydraulic
equipment sets the stage for the hydraulic steering
gear and for the energy recovery of the lifting and
braking energy.
Highest quality and compliance with all statutory
regulations are essential for all components. To
ensure these high requirements with regard to toughness
and durability are met, all components
are thoroughly tested on specially developed test
benches.
The use of state-of-the-art production and engineering
processes ensures our specially developed
series components and total systems always
meet these demands.
12
Maintain mobility.
Hydraulic solutions for
municipal vehicles.
Large scale mowers, winter service
equipment, waste collection vehicles,
street sweepers and ski slope preparation
vehicles.
In municipal vehicles, components and systems
have to offer a special degree of quality, fl exibility
and reliability. The harsh environmental conditions
(salt, rain, extreme temperatures), the high frequency
of movements and the need to be able to control
all functions easily and in a well regulated way are
complex tasks we have to deal with in the use of
hydraulic systems.
Our many years of engineering know-how ”Made in
Germany“ and the use of state-of-the-art production
processes enable us to meet all these demands at
the highest level and to supply products that prove
themselves in the hard test of everyday practical
operation.
Create value.
Hydraulic solutions for
industrial machinery.
Presses, punching machines, bending
presses, rolling mills, plastics processing
machines, off-shore facilities,
hydraulic test benches, hydraulic power
stations, industrial furnaces and
recycling plants.
The many different applications for hydraulic
systems in industry and mechanical engineering
generally require custom system designs for
special applications. Hydraulic presses and punching
machines have to safely produce and manage
enormous forces at high working speeds while
ensuring smooth, low-wear running and long service
lives. For the locking of bell-type furnaces special
swing clamping cylinders are used, which enable
swing strokes of up to 90° in addition to axial
motion.
The hydraulic power units used with presses and
forming equipment are exactly matched to the
available space by the structural shape. Through
direct attachment of the necessary valve blocks,
even sophisticated controls can be realised in a
compact design.
Unmanned ROVs (remote operated vehicles) for
off-shore applications are equipped with complex
special solutions. With them the operator can
remotely control the hydraulic operating system of
such ROVs with extreme sensitivity.
The WEBER-HYDRAULIK Group
develops and supplies:
• Cylinders for presses, bending
and punching machines
• Swing clamping cylinders
• Control units
• Valves
• Hydraulic power units
• Application-specifi c system solutions
