REFRIGERATED DRYERS<br />
Ingersoll Rand refrigerated air dryers protect your tools, machinery, and equipment from harmful moisture while saving energy and reducing<br />
system downtime. The unique design improves dryer efficiency and minimizes maintenance through fewer moving parts. The easy-to-read<br />
diagnostic controls provide a constant indication of dryer performance. Units are <strong>compact</strong>, lightweight, and can be easily floor- or wallmounted.<br />
Ingersoll Rand refrigerated air dryers are ideal for paint spraying and coating operations or pneumatic instrumentation applications,<br />
and use environmentally friendly refrigerants – R134A or 407C.<br />

The economically priced DryStar cools compressed air by mechanical refrigeration to a 33 – 39° F<br />
pressure dewpoint. Condensed water is removed through an automatic drain valve. Featuring low<br />
power consumption, DryStar dryers are simple to install with a quick-fit electrical connection.<br />
Each DryStar dryer uses environmentally friendly R134A refrigerant.<br />
Ratings are based on 100° F inlet air temperature and 100 psig inlet air pressure. Maximum inlet<br />
temperature is 140º F, maximum pressure is 232 psig.<br />

ThermoStar refrigerated air dryers cool compressed air by mechanical refrigeration to a 33 – 39° F<br />
pressure dewpoint. Condensed water is removed through a timed solenoid automatic drain valve.<br />
A precooler maximizes the refrigeration efficiency, and a <strong>compact</strong> heat exchanger ensures the<br />
smallest possible footprint. Each ThermoStar dryer uses environmentally friendly R407C refrigerant<br />
and features a standard controller with on/off main switch (separate power on line and alarm<br />
lamps), and electric drain valve with adjustable operation set points.<br />
Ratings are based on 100° F inlet air temperature and 100 psig inlet air pressure. Maximum inlet<br />
temperature is 122° F; maximum pressure is 175 psig.
