Note: On liquid cooled products the specified torque<br />
requirements must be adhered to, however,<br />
torque paint is prohibited due to the<br />
possibility of contamination.<br />
Exception: Lower level parts and assemblies such<br />
as, cables and harnesses, that are<br />
installed externally may have torque paint<br />
as specified in assembly instructions.<br />
Acceptable<br />
Quick disconnect, (QD), liquid cooling<br />
receptacles are installed and torqued per<br />
drawing specifications.<br />
Protective covers removed for picture.<br />
A. Male quick disconnect receptacle (protective<br />
cover removed for picture).<br />
Note: All liquid cooling receptacles are to be covered<br />
with a clean cover at all times until mated with<br />
a mating connector.<br />
B. Female quick disconnect receptacle<br />

Cooled Chassis’ shall be torqued to the<br />
drawing specifications.<br />
(Semi-rigid coax connection is shown in this<br />
view).<br />
Note: Torque paint is not to be used on Liquid<br />
Cooled Assemblies.<br />
Acceptable<br />
A. Quick Disconnect (QD) installed in Liquid<br />
Cooled Chassis.<br />
QD is torqued to the drawing specifications<br />
without torque paint applied.<br />
Protective cover has been removed for<br />
