ILAFLON Resist R Plus is an extraordinary ceramic reinforced two-layer-system. The layers are 

optimally matched to one another and display a very good non-stick effect, good abrasion 

resistance as well a very good stain resistance over the entire service life. The coating stands 

for an extraordinary corrosion resistance and an exceptionally good cleanability. Suitable for both 

utilisation in professional bakeware as well as in top-level baking, grill and ovenproof dishes. 

ILAFLON Resist R (3000-series) is a ceramic reinforced two-layer-system, which is 

characterized by a good non-stick effect and good cleanability. The system shows a very 

good corrosion resistance and is especially recommended for high level baking, grill and 

ovenproof dishes. 

ILAFLON Select R (3000-series) is a universal one- or two-layer-system with a wide range 

of properties. The system is characterized by good non-stick effect combined with good 

cleanability. This coating is recommended for frequently used baking, grill and ovenproof 

dishes. 

ILAFLON Select PR (1000-series) is a universal one- or two-layer easy-to-clean coating 

with satisfactory cleanability, scratch resistance and good surface hardness. The durability 

of the non-stick effect is limited. The system is particularly used in cost-sensitive mass 

products. It is not suitable for grill and ovenproof dishes. 

BAKEWARE / ROASTER COIL

ILAFLON Resist SP (2000-series) are ceramic-reinforced one or two-layer 

systems. The system features a medium to high gloss, good surface hardness 

and very good abrasion resistance – combined with a good non-stick effect 

and very good cleanability. ILAFLON Resist systems are recommended for the 

spray application of baking, grill and ovenproof dishes. For some applications 

in the professional sector the two-layer system can also be an alternative. 

ILAFLON Select SP (2000-series) are one-layer systems which can utilised 

universally. The systems feature a medium gloss and good surface hardness – 

combined with a good non-stick effect and good cleanability. ILAFLON Select 

systems are recommended for the spray application of entry-level to mediumlevel 

baking dishes. The systems have only limited suitability for use in the 

sector of grill and ovenproof dishes. 

BAKEWARE / ROASTER SPRAY 

Non-stick coatings for baking, grill and ovenproof dishes 

must feature very good non-sticking properties. The

CERALON ® Advanced is a one- or two coat system, which shows enhanced 

abrasion resistance in comparison to CERALON ® . By meeting the specifi ed 

dry-fi lm thickness the coating will even achieve a “good” in the abrasion test 

with steel balls and corundum. The colour choice is yet limited to several 

colours only. 

CERALON ® Cookware is a two coat system with very high hardness, which 

combines very high temperature resistance with good non-stick and 

extraordinary easy clean properties. 

CERALON ® Cookware does not generate any dangerous thermal decomposition 

products and due to lower curing temperatures the energy consumption 

during the manufacturing process is lower than for conventional coatings. 

CERALON ® Bakeware is a one- or two coat system, which shows very good 

release, particularly against sweet dough. CERALON ® Bakeware shows also 

good resistance to sour dough and has high staining resistance in roasting 

applications. 

CERALON ® Bakeware combines excellent easy clean properties and high 

abrasion resistances. 

SOL-GEL CERAMIC COATINGS ILAG 

CERALON ® are inorganic-organic hybrid coatings based on 

sol-gel chemistry. 

Already at 200 °C the coatings are converted into vitreous 

structures with a high degree of hardness and scratch 

resistance. The coatings show very high temperature 

resistance up to 400 °C without loosing the easy cleanability.

ILACOLOR Evolution is a one or two, water based coating system. The system 

stands out for scratch resistance at higher temperatures, easy to clean properties 

and dish washer resistance. The coating is eco-friendly due to the absence of 

solvents and is further not containing any PTFE or PFOA. 

ILACOLOR Evolution is a valuable extension in the design. 

ILACOLOR Select is a universal one or two-coat system, available in different 

version (R, SP, PR). It stands out for good durability, cleanability and dishwashing 

resistance. According to the version it can have good stain resistance and 

thermal stability. Wide range of colours and gloss available (SP, PR). 

DURIT Color is a two- or more layer coating with excellent adhesion to 

aluminium- and stainless steel substrates. Very good non-stick effect and 

exceptionally good cleanability with excellent resistance to oil, distinguishes this
