Contact Management
The contact card contains information about your contacts. Contact card is used to view information about
your contacts, and you can also create a new card for each company or person that you want to record in the
system. The contact card contains both basic information (for example, the name and address of the
contact) and more detailed information that helps you improve and personalize your business relationship
with your contacts, such as information about a email-id, mobile no., etc.
File/ Matter Management
The features for enterprise and file management provide a flexible solution for managing contracts and
many types of service and consulting tasks. The budgeting, ongoing registration and costing features
ensure efficient management and follow-up of time usage and other costs. The file application area
provides you with a comprehensive picture, not only of individual file but also of the allocation of
