Content of harmful ingredients<br />The tested aggregate contains no<br />harmful ingredients - lumps of clay or<br />organic matters.<br />Aggregate resistance to the frost effects<br />According to the methodology of<br />Na2SO4crystallization, the tested aggregate<br />is resistant to frost.<br />CONCLUSION<br />These studies have shown that the<br />crushed stone aggregate from the site Zagradje<br />Open Pit-5 meets all prescribed requirements<br />of the standard and can be successfully<br />used for construction of embankments<br />and road pad layers. Determined quality<br />control parameters in aggregate may be<br />affected both by the actual process of exploitation<br />and due to possible changes that occur<br />in the site, so it is needed to perform their<br />regular monitoring and periodical checking.<br />REFERENCES<br />[1] J.
