2. TECHNO-ECONOMIC ANALYSIS<br />
The subject of analysis is to evaluate, • Minimum costs of construction;<br />
from technical and economical point of • Minimum maintenance costs of the<br />
view, the variants of highway on the move relevant section;<br />
from Smokovac (Podgorica) to Uvča, in<br />
the variants defined as follows:<br />
1. Variant V+V, goes through the<br />
route of high variant from (km 0+000 -<br />
km 9+500) and to Uvča also goes with<br />
the variant called the High variant<br />
(L=36.35 km);<br />
2. Variant V+N, goes through the<br />
route of high variant from (km 0+000<br />
- km 9+500), and still continues to the<br />
route of Uvča, called the Low variant<br />
(40.80 km).<br />
Within the scope of this work, the alter-<br />
• Minimum exploitation costs of the<br />
user;<br />
• Maximum safety, security and comfort<br />
on the relevant section;<br />
• Maximum positive impact on overall<br />
development of the area;<br />
• Maximum in terms of area and environmental<br />
protection in the given<br />
area.<br />
3. TRAFFIC AND TECHNICAL<br />
PARAMETERS ACCORDING TO<br />
THE VARIANTS<br />
native solutions of route were investigated, The quality of variant solution of the<br />
in order to select more favorable solution of highway section to a large extent can be<br />
the route, based on comparison and evalua- described by traffic and technical parametion.<br />
For basic criteria that should be ter of variant. Some of the most important<br />
achieved by the optimum variant of high- parameters are given in Tables 1, 2, 3 and<br />
way, and regarding to the complexity of<br />
techno-economic requirements, the following<br />
objectives are adopted:<br />
