2. TEHNOEKONOMSKA ANALIZA<<strong>br</strong> />

Predmet analize je vrednovanje sa<<strong>br</strong> />

tehničkog i ekonomskog stanovišta<<strong>br</strong> />

varijanti autoputa na potezu od Smokovca<<strong>br</strong> />

(Podgorice) do Uvča i to u varijantama<<strong>br</strong> />

definisanim na sledeći način:<<strong>br</strong> />

1. Varijanta V+V, ide trasom visoke<<strong>br</strong> />

varijante od (km 0+000 - km 9+500)<<strong>br</strong> />

i do Uvča ide takođe varijantom<<strong>br</strong> />

nazvanom Visoka varijanta<<strong>br</strong> />

(L=36,35 km);<<strong>br</strong> />

2. Varijanta V+N, ide trasom visoke<<strong>br</strong> />

varijante od (km 0+000 - km<<strong>br</strong> />

9+500), i dalje do Uvča nastavlja<<strong>br</strong> />

trasom nazvanom Niska varijanta<<strong>br</strong> />

(40,80 km).<<strong>br</strong> />

U okviru ovog rada istražena su varijantna<<strong>br</strong> />

rešenja trase, sa ciljem da se na osnovu<<strong>br</strong> />

upoređenja i vrednovanja i<strong>za</strong>bere povoljnije<<strong>br</strong> />

rešenje trase. Za osnovne kriterijume koje<<strong>br</strong> />

treba da ostvari optimalna varijanta autoputa,<<strong>br</strong> />

a obzirom na kompleksnost tehnoekonomskih<<strong>br</strong> />

• maksimalni pozitivni uticaj na<<strong>br</strong> />

ukupan razvoj područja;<<strong>br</strong> />

• maksimum u pogledu očuvanja<<strong>br</strong> />

prostora i ekologije na datom području.<<strong>br</strong> />

Kvalitet varijantnog rešenja deonice<<strong>br</strong> />

autoputa u velikoj meri može se opisati<<strong>br</strong> />

sao<strong>br</strong>aćajnim i tehničkim parametarima<<strong>br</strong> />

varijante. Neki od najvažnijih parametara<<strong>br</strong> />

dati su u tabelama 1, 2, 3 i 4.<<strong>br</strong> />
