CONTENT OF THE SIMPLIFIED<br />

MINING PROJECT<br />

Taking a technological sample have to<br />

be provided by the project of investigation,<br />

where their basic elements are also<br />

given – spatial position of testing bench,<br />

amounts that are mined as well as laboratory<br />

and other analyses to be done. Simplified<br />

Mining Project in accordance with<br />

the Article 43 of the Regulation on contents<br />

of mining projects (“Official Gazette<br />

of RS No. 27/97) contains the following<br />

parts:<br />

1. Project task with the consent of<br />

investors and appropriate bases for<br />

design,<br />

2. Technical solution with location<br />

data,<br />

3. Technical description on method of<br />

test bench development,<br />

4. Energy solution,<br />

5. Bill of quantities and calculation,<br />

6. Drawings and plans at the appropriate<br />

scale,<br />

7. Special protective measures.<br />

Project task should provide the basic<br />

guidelines and content of the project and<br />

the investor confirms the agreement<br />

signed by the responsible person and<br />

stamp of the company. Technical solution<br />

provides a description of sampling technology,<br />

prescribed quantity for sampling<br />

and the exact spatial position of test<br />

bench. Technical description has to show<br />

the technological process with all parameters<br />

of technological process of taking<br />

minerals, necessary to secure anticipated<br />

amount set aside from the massif. In the<br />

absence of basic parameters for design (in<br />

the first place of engineering- geological<br />

environmental conditions), it is required to<br />

limit the test bench itself to the lower<br />

heights (3 to 5m) in order to avoid possible<br />

uncontrolled landslides and sliding mass.<br />

Ministry of Mines and Energy issued<br />

the consent on defining the quantity of<br />

mineral raw material to the project that<br />

could be exploited and have to be within<br />

the prescribed limits by the act of Ministry.<br />

Validity of this solution coincides<br />

with the period of validity that is defined<br />

by the basic solution of geological prospecting<br />

works at this locality.<br />

The results obtained by the analyses of<br />

technological samples are shown in the<br />

project report on reserves of mineral raw<br />

materials.<br />

CONCLUSION<br />

Technological sampling and analyzing<br />

of technological efficiency is an important<br />

criterion, among others, for balancing the<br />

reserves of mineral raw materials.<br />

As we have seen, in recent years there<br />

has been intensification of mining in terms<br />

of technological tests in the locality. The<br />

exposed movements show that recovery<br />

came gradually in terms of higher demand<br />

for construction material.<br />

The movement of required approvals<br />

also presents not only a good indicator of<br />

interested investor in this type of investigation<br />

and for certain investments in this<br />

field of industry, but its very high sensitivity<br />

to the economic trends.<br />

For further analyses of this type, the<br />

comparative analyses of the obtained geological<br />

prospecting and analyses of SMP<br />

could be sued in future work as well as<br />

their comparison with a specific location,<br />

i.e. municipality. Also a comparison with<br />

the certified mineral raw materials in the<br />

same localities and their usage could give<br />

very interesting data.<br />
