2 Warranty

Any Limited repair or Consumer return of boats Warranty must be
accompanied by an authorization number
Future obtained Beach by your Corporation dealer and warrants which
can your only new be kayak issued to by be free calling from Future defect
Beach in materials and workmanship, subject
to the following terms and conditions:
Future Beach warrants the hull of
your new kayak to be free from defects
in materials and workmanship for a period
of 1 (one) year from the date of
retail sale.
The kayak components are covered for
a period of 1 (one) year from the date
of purchase.
The warranty is applicable to Future
Beach products registered and normally
operated in North America. Under
this warranty, Future Beach is
limited to the repair or replacement of
the components at the option of Future
Beach . This warranty is non-transferable
to a subsequent owner.
The following is not covered
by this warranty:
� Damage due to misuse, accident,
collision, etc.
� Future Beach Corporation shall
have no liability whatsoever for
any personal injury, accident or
consequential damages
� Wear-and-tear deterioration, discoloration,
or fading, etc.
� Commercial use or rental
® customer service department
between 9am and 5pm Eastern standard
time at 1-800-357-7837. The return
of any boats will not be accepted
by Future Beach ® without following
proper procedure for an authorization
number.
This warranty is the sole and exclusive
warranty by Future Beach ® in connection
with its above mentioned boats and
Future Beach ® makes no warranties or
representations, expressed or implied
(including warranties of merchantability
and of fitness for a particular purpose)
in such connection except as specifically
set in this warranty.
All incidental and/or consequential damages
are excluded from this warranty.
Implied warranties are limited to the life
or this warranty. Some states do not
allow limitations on how long an implied
warranty lasts or the exclusion or
limitation � Damage of incidental or surface or corrosion consequential
damages, caused so by the the environment above limitations or
exclusions may not apply to you. This
warranty � Damage gives caused you special by the use legal of rights,
and you aggressive may also chemical have other cleaning legal rights
which solvents may vary from state to state.

Beach damages
� Any damage incurred to and from
Future Beach due to transport
� Any transportation charges to and
from an Authorized repair facility

components
Customers are responsible for inspecting
their package for any shipping damage
and must notify Future Beach
in writing within 5 (five) days of the date
of delivery.
® Leisure Products is obliged only
to repair or replace, at its discretion, the
above mentioned parts, at either its manufacturing
plant, or at an authorized
dealer store or service center, as decided
by Future Beach ® . Transportation
costs back to the appointed place or repair
or replacement are at the expense
of the consumer. Future Beach ® is not
responsible for any damages incurred
in transport, neither for storing or transportation
fees, nor for inconvenience or
loss of time or money while repairs are
being made.
Future Beach will be responsible for
all freight and handling charges should
the purchaser find a defect in either
the hull or component parts within the
first 30 days from the date of retail purchase.
After 30 days from the date of retail
purchase, transportation charges for
hulls and/or replacement components
are the responsibility of the purchaser.
This warranty is limited to the purchase
price of the product, and is non-transfe-
