Summary : :
Dr. Helen Bollaert is a participating professor of finance and accounting. She is a member of the
SKEMA Research Center European Centre for Corporate Control Studies (ECCCS). She holds a PhD
in Finance and a Masters degree in finance research from the University of Lille 2 (FFBC) and is a
graduate of ESCP Europe. She was formerly a professor at IESEG School of Management, Lille and
worked as a financial auditor prior to her career in education.
