Dr. Helen Bollaert is a participating professor of finance and accounting. She is a member of the<br />

SKEMA Research Center European Centre for Corporate Control Studies (ECCCS). She holds a PhD<br />

in Finance and a Masters degree in finance research from the University of Lille 2 (FFBC) and is a<br />

graduate of ESCP Europe. She was formerly a professor at IESEG School of Management, Lille and<br />

worked as a financial auditor prior to her career in education.<br />
