Description<br />
The Scotchcast 4414 Filled Cable Cleaning Kit provides all the<br />
necessary materials for cleaning the filling compound from<br />
filled copper and fiber optic cables in an easy-to-transport kit.<br />
This kit includes 15 pads saturated in cleaning solvent, 5 scraper<br />
pads and 10 towels.<br />
The specially-formulated cleaning solvents are contained in<br />
premeasured portions on saturated pads for fast, easy, convenient<br />
solvent application to cable core after sheath has been<br />
removed. The solvent and wet pads effectively remove cable<br />
filling compound from conductors and connectors with no damage<br />
to either.<br />

Description<br />
Taping end caps, wrapping for abrasion protection or temporarily<br />
securing-88T will suit your needs for inside or outside plant<br />
applications as the handiest tool in your kit. The special formula<br />
adhesive and extra tough backing offer you superior adhesion<br />
and excellent conformability over extended temperature ranges,<br />
thus reducing your inventory needs to one vinyl tape.<br />
Available in craftsman size rolls to fit your specific in-the-field<br />
use, this 0.22 mm (8-1/2 mil) tape releases smoothly from the<br />
roll in zero weather and will not ooze adhesive in hot climates.<br />
The 38 mm x 13.5 m (1-1/2" x 44') roll is especially suited as<br />
the Splicer's roll, for outside plant usage.<br />
88T resists: water, acids, alkalies, and is flame retardant. It is<br />
weather resistant and not affected by sunlight.<br />
