Dear <strong>Film</strong> Enthusiasts,<br />
As Governor, I am pleased to welcome you to the 11 th year of the <strong>Rehoboth</strong><br />
<strong>Beach</strong> Independent <strong>Film</strong> Festival.<br />
The festival presents a broad selection of the best American and international<br />
independent films, including shorts, documentaries, and features. Children and student<br />
films are also featured for the next generation of film buffs.<br />
The <strong>Rehoboth</strong> <strong>Beach</strong> Independent <strong>Film</strong> Festival is a wonderful event for Sussex County<br />
communities, the state of Delaware and beyond. The growth and popularity this event<br />
has experienced in its first decade is outstanding, and I know we will continue to enjoy<br />
this great annual event for many years to come.<br />
