Note - The Constants are Car specific and enable the user to<br />
create a set of text data tagged to each download. Text data sets<br />
may be saved and loaded from one Car to another.<br />
At the time of download, the Constants given in this table will be<br />
applied only to the device with the recognised Alias that is<br />
associated with a Car.<br />
There is no limit to the number of constants that can be created.<br />
