14.4 – Histogram / Properties / X Scale<br />

The X scale allows you to choose the minimum and maximum range for your data as well as the number of columns<br />

(bins) and the colours to use.<br />

To change these settings, first open the Histogram properties window and then select Manual from the pull down<br />

menu shown here.<br />

min / max data<br />

range<br />

Choose the<br />

number of<br />

columns<br />

By pressing the Bins button you will be presented with the following window.<br />

Use the default or enter your<br />

own division values<br />

The bins (Columns) button<br />

will become active when the<br />

manual mode is selected<br />

Use to re-calculate the scale<br />

based on your new min /<br />

max values<br />

Apply default colours<br />

Double click to open the<br />

colour pallet<br />
