12.6 – XY / Properties / Channel - Manual positioning<br />
Each channel has a unique set of properties that are shown by right clicking the channel name and selecting<br />
Properties.<br />
The Manual positioning is used when multiple secondary channels are being overlaid onto the single reference<br />
channel. In this example, RPM is the reference<br />
channel, OILP and SPEED and the secondary<br />
channels. The default XY window property setting for<br />
this is Overlay to produce a window as shown here.<br />
To use manual scaling, first change the XY window<br />
properties to Manual layout and then adjust each<br />
individual channel to use as much space as you<br />
choose. The following settings will produce an XY<br />
window as shown at the bottom of this page.<br />
Resulting XY layout<br />
OILP channel set to<br />
50 > 100%<br />
SPEED channel set<br />
to 0 > 50%<br />
