Pappas Junior Specials 2011 - Alles bereit für das Nachwuchs-CSIO in Salzburg! 

Sie kommen aus 16 Nationen, sprechen die unterschiedlichsten Sprachen, sind zwischen 

zwölf und 25 Jahre alt und haben trotz der Unterschiedlichkeiten eines gemeinsam: Den 

unbedingten Siegeswillen! "Um die 400 Pferde werden ab morgen bei uns eingestallt, aber 

für uns ist das schon Routine", zeigt sich Veranstalter Josef Göllner locker und freut sich 

dann doch besonders auf dieses Turnier: "Da ist immer etwas los, keiner verbirgt seine 

Emotionen, ob beim Siegen oder Verlieren. Am meisten gefällt mir, dass die Kids am Platz 

wie die Wilden gegeneinander kämpfen und gleich darauf sind sie wieder best Friends und 

machen miteinander Spaß. Da können wir Großen uns echt was abschauen!" 

Mit vielen Ponys und natürlich jeder Menge Großpferden reisen die 12- bis 25-Jährigen aus 

aller Herren Länder zum wichtigsten Nachwuchsevent Österreichs, bei dem es in den 

Nationenpreisen und Grand Prix um die mögliche Qualifikation für die jeweiligen 

Europameisterschaften geht, an. Das Programm ist dicht und deshalb beginnt man bereits 

am Donnerstag, 09. Juni zu Mittag und beschließt die fünf Tage int. Pferdesport dann mit 

den Grand Prix als Höhepunkt am Pfingstmontag, den 13. Juni 2011. 

Auch die European Youngsters dürfen hier nicht fehlen, denn von Beginn an gehört der EY 

CUP zum Fixprogramm bei den internationalen Turnieren in Lamprechtshausen. Nur sind 

beim Nachwuchs-CSIO die Rollen umgekehrt. Denn schauen normalerweise die EY CUP- 

Reiter bei den int. Events den Arrivierten voll Hochachtung zu, so werden sie an diesen Tag 

selbst zu den Vorbildern der Ponykids, Children und Junioren. Eine Motivation für 

Höchstleistungen in den drei European Youngster Cup Springprüfungen, wo es zum 

Abschluss im S** die Chance auf das begehrte Frankfurt-Ticket gibt! 

Der multikulturellen Verständigung unter den 16 anreisenden Nationen, der 

Freundschaftsfindung und dem Spaß dient das energiegeladene Abendprogramm an diesen 

fünf Tagen in Lamprechtshausen: Am Nationenabend kann man beim persönlichen 

Vorstellen die einzelnen Team samt ihrer Equipechefs kennenlernen, beim leckeren Buffet 

kann man die kulinarischen Köstlichkeiten aus Österreich gustieren und die abendlichen 

Ridersparties mit DJ Zauberer Tom dienen dem ausgelassenen Feiern und so ganz nebenbei 

auch dem lockeren Sprachen-Lernen.

Pappas Junior Specials 2011 - Jugendlicher Elan boomt beim Nachwuchs-CSIO in Salzburg! 

Volles Haus bei den Pappas Junior Specials! Die Veranstaltung setzt Zeichen im internationalen 

Nachwuchsspringsport, denn sie hat einen wahren Run auf die Startplätze ausgelöst. „Es ist unser 

und damit auch Österreichs drittes Nachwuchs-CSIO, erst das zweite Mal in Österreich, dass auch 

wirklich alle Klassen am Start sind und wieder haben wir die Georg Pappas Automobil AG als 

Hauptsponsor dafür begeistern können“, freut sich Veranstalter Josef Göllner (horsedeluxe event 

GmbH) über die große Nachfrage des Events, der vom 9. bis 13. Juni 2011 auf der Anlage des SRC 

Lamprechtshausen über die Bühne gehen wird. 

Von 12 bis 25 und aus 16 Nationen – Der Nachwuchs hat in Salzburg das Sagen 

Von den Kleinsten mit 12 bis zu den Größten mit 25 Jahren reist man mit Ponys oder Großpferden 

aus aller Herren Länder zum wichtigsten Nachwuchsevent Österreichs an: Rund 400 Rösser sind am 

Start und auch heuer schicken Vorreiternationen in Sachen Nachwuchssport wie u.a. Italien, 

Deutschland oder die Schweiz ihre Teams für die Pony-, Children-, Junioren-, Jungen Reiter- und 

EYCup-Bewerbe. Rund 16 Nationen geben sich in Lamprechtshausen, das etwa 25 km vor den Toren 

Salzburgs liegt, ein Stell-Dich-Ein: Neben Deutschland, Italien und der Schweiz kann man hier Talente 

aus der Niederlande, Schweden, Syrien, der USA oder aber aus Russland, Polen, Ungarn, der 

Slowakei, der Ukraine, Tschechien, Slowenien, Serbien und natürlich dem Gastgeberland Österreich 

begrüßen. 

Springsportlegende George Morris setzt auf Lamprechtshausen und auch Jessica Springsteen ist 

mit dabei 

„Uns freut es besonders, dass die amerikanische Springsportlegende George Morris – selbst 

Goldmedaillen Gewinner der Pan American Games und Silbermedaillen Gewinner der Olympischen 

Spiele in Rom – auf die Europatour seiner US amerikanischen Nachwuchsreiter mit Station in 

Lamprechtshausen gesetzt hat“, meint Veranstalter Josef Göllner. „Somit wird auch die ehemalige 

Maria Wörth Siegerin Reed Kessler und sogar Jessica Springsteen, die 19-jährige Tochter von Rock- 

Legende Bruce Springsteen, die gerade eben bei der Royal Windsor Horse Show für viel Aufsehen 

gesorgt hat, in Lamprechtshausen mit dabei sein.“ 

Viel spannendes Programm und die Qualifikationsmöglichkeit für die EM 

Ideal ergänzt wird die bunte Vielfalt der Nationen und Sprachen durch spannende Bewerbe: Für die 

meisten Mannschaften und Einzelreiter geht es bei den Pappas Junior Specials in den jeweiligen 

Klassen um die offizielle Qualifikation für die Europameisterschaften 2011. Hier ist 

Lamprechtshausen ein wichtiger Gradmesser vor der EM-Generalprobe in Hagen (GER) und der EM 

selbst. 

Dient der Donnerstag (09.06.) noch dem lockeren Aufwärmen, so geht es am Freitag (10.06.) bereits 

so richtig zur Sache, denn der Nachwuchs muss sich in den ersten beiden Pony Challenge Bewerben, 

sowie bei den Children- und Junior- Touren in ihrer Klasse beweisen und auch der European 

Youngster Cup sucht das beste S*-Duo. Der Samstag (11.06.) wird dann erstmals für die 

Mannschaften spannend, denn neben den Pony-und Children Touren ist für die Junioren und Young 

Rider Nationscup-Tag angesagt. Am Sonntag (12.06.) kämpfen dann die Children und die Pony Kids 

um den Sieg in ihren Nationenpreisen und die „Ältesten“ in diesem so jungen Teilnehmerfeld um den 

Sieg im EYCUP der Kategorie S**. Als Höhepunkt wartet der Abschlusstag der Pappas Junior Specials 

dann am Montag (13.06.) mit den Pappas Grand Prix der Ponys, Children, Junioren und Young Rider 

auf, die allesamt als Qualifikation für die kommenden Europameisterschaften gelten.

Fünf Tage hochkarätiger Nachwuchssport, da darf auch das gesellige Zusammensein nicht zu kurz 

kommen. Wartet am ersten Abend der traditionelle Aufmarsch der Nationen mit anschließendem 

herrlich üppigem Buffet auf alle Teilnehmer, so gibt es nach dem Sport jeden Abend ein buntes 

Programm mit jeder Menge Spaß und Spiel.

BRUCE SPRINGSTEENS TOCHTER KOMMT! PAPPAS JUNIOR SPECIALS 2011 

Pappas Junior Specials 2011 - Bruce Springsteens Tochter - Jessica Springsteen - kommt nach 

Lamprechtshausen zu den Pappas Junior Specials 

Jessica Springsteen hat nicht nur die Musik im Blut. Die 19jährige 

Tochter von Rock-Legende Bruce Springsteen, gilt als 

großes Nachwuchstalent im Springsattel und wird an der 

Pappas Junior Specials (9.-13. Juni 2011) in Lamprechtshausen 

teilnehmen. 

In Salzburg auf der Pferdesportanlage von Josef Göllner wird es 

hoffentlich ruhiger zugehen als Mitte Mai bei der Royal Windsor 

Horse Show 2011, wo die hübsche Promitochter für einiges 

Aufsehen sorgte und damit sogar Queen Elizabeth II Konkurrenz 

machte. Beliebtestes Fotomotiv für die anwesenden Paparazzi war die 19-jährige samt dem 

berühmten Papa, Bruce Springsteen, der eifrig zusah und die Daumen drückte. 

Jessica Springsteen, deren Eltern eine Farm in New Jersey besitzen, sitzt seit ihrer frühesten Kindheit 

im Pferdesattel, ritt als Jugendliche im Team von Frank und Stacia Madden und war schon als 

Juniorin eine der besten. Den schwierigen Sprung in das Young Rider Lager schaffte sie nicht nur 

problemlos, sondern sie gewann gleich 2010 Bronze bei den Nordamerikanischen Young Rider- 

Meisterschaften in Lexington und gilt auch in Salzburg bei der Pappas Junior Specials als heißes Eisen. 

Die 19-jährige trainiert bei US-Springsportikone Laura Kraut, die ja selbst bei den Olympischen 

Spielen 2008 mit dem US Team Gold holte.

REGLEMENTS 

Dieses Turnier wird gemäß den FEI Statutes 

(21. Ausgabe, Re. 2004), FEI General 

Regulations (21. Ausgabe 2005), FEI 

Veterinär Bestimmungen (10. Ausgabe 2006), 

FEI Regeln für Springturniere (22. Ausgabe 

2006), FEI Regeln für Pony und Kinder (7. 

Ausgabe, 1.01.2002) sowie allfällig 

erfolgten Änderungen bzw. Ergänzungen, etc. 

ausgetragen. Alle entsprechenden 

veröffentlichten Änderungen sind vorrangig 

zu beachten. Ein Schiedsgerichtsverfahren 

ist in den FEI Statuten und Allgemeinen 

Bestimmungen vorgesehen. In Übereinstimmung 

mit diesem Prozedere sind Einsprüche 

jeglicher Art gegen eine Entscheidung der 

FEI oder ihrer Offiziellen ausschließlich 

beim "Court of Arbitration for Sport" (CAS) 

in Lausanne, Schweiz einzubringen bzw. 

werden dort verhandelt. 

VETERINÄR-KONTROLLEN, INSPEKTIONEN & 

PFERDEPASS-KONTROLLEN 

Diese werden entsprechend des Veterinär 

Reglements Art. 290, 1004.2, 1005.2.2 + 2.3, 

1011, 1022.1 Donnerstag, 09.Juni 2011 10.00 

– 12.00 h (nur Pferde für Bewerb 1 - 3) und 

von 14.00 – 18.00 Uhr und Nachkontrolle 

Freitag, 10. Juni 2011 von 07.00 – 08.00 h 

am Turniergelände durchgeführt. Dies gilt 

auch für die Österreichischen Teilnehmer und 

Amateure. Alle teilnehmenden Pferde aller 

Touren aus dem In- und Ausland müssen im 

Besitz eines gültigen FEI-Passes sein. 

Das Reglement General, 20. Auflage, 2000 ist 

anzuwenden: Die genannten Pferde, müssen im 

Besitz eines offiziellen FEI-Pferdepasses 

oder eines nationalen von der FEI 

anerkannten Passes mit einer FEI Recognition 

Card als Identifikationsdokument und als 

Nachweis für die Besitzverhältnisse sein; 

Impfungen gegen Pferde-Influenza, Vet. 

Best., Anhang VI ( ÖTO § 11); Doping- 

Kontrollen gemäß FEI Veterinär Reglement, 

Abschnitt V & VI & Anhang III 

Spezielle Richtlinien sind bei 

Veranstaltungen, die durch das MCP (nur 

Gruppen I und II) erfasst sind, anzuwenden.

Den Teilnehmern ist es erlaubt, auf den 

Satteldecken das Logo ihres Sponsors gemäß 

Art. 136.1 u. 2 zu tragen. 

Versicherungen 

Der Veranstalter ist Haftpflichtversichert, 

haftet jedoch nicht für Unfälle bei denen 

Menschen oder Tiere betroffen sind. Der 

Reiter ist verpflichtet eine 

Haftpflichtversicherung abzuschließen welche 

eine Teilnahme bei solchen Veranstaltungen 

im In und Ausland voll abdeckt.

This schedule is approved, provided the corrections and additions as made by 

the FEI have been made. The National Federation and Organising committee are 

obliged to ensure that the mandatory sections in the approved schedule are 

forwarded to guest NFs and Officials for their information. 

Furthermore, the entire schedule, as approved by the FEI, must be published by 

the event’s OC on the event’s website. 

N.B. All text in GREEN must be carefully noted by Organising Committees and 

NF and be deleted from the schedule before printing, ONLY after the final 

approval of the FEI. 

NOTICE FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL EVENTS 

Any competitions other than those covered in the Rules for Jumping Events 

must be approved by the FEI before they may be added to the schedule 

Schedules for CSI Cat. A for Ch/J/YR/V, CSI-P, CSIs 3*, 4*, 5*, CSIOs, CSI-Ws,

THE FEI CODE OF CONDUCT 

FOR THE WELFARE OF THE HORSE 

The Fédération Equestre Internationale (FEI) expects all those involved in international 

equestrian sport to adhere to the FEI’s Code of Conduct and to acknowledge and accept 

that at all times the welfare of the horse must be paramount and must never be 

subordinated to competitive or commercial influences. 

1. At all stages during the preparation and training of competition horses, welfare 

must take precedence over all other demands. This includes good horse 

management, training methods, farriery and tack, and transportation. 

2. Horses and Athletes must be fit, competent and in good health before they are 

allowed to compete. This encompasses medication use, surgical procedures that 

threaten welfare or safety, pregnancy in mares and the misuse of aids. 

3. Events must not prejudice horse welfare. This involves paying careful attention to 

the competition areas, ground surfaces, weather conditions, stabling, site safety 

and fitness of the horse for onward travel after the event. 

4. Every effort must be made to ensure that horses receive proper attention after 

they have competed and that they are treated humanely when their competition 

careers are over. This covers proper veterinary care, competition injuries, 

euthanasia and retirement. 

5. The FEI urges all involved with the sport to attain the highest levels of 

education in their areas of expertise.

IMPORTANT 

The value of the 1 st prize must not exceed 1/3 of the total prize money distributed for the 

competition. The minimum number of prizes offered for each competition must be 

allocated on the basis of one prize for every commenced four Athletes, with a minimum 

of five prizes. The total amount of prize money shown for each Competition in the 

schedule must be distributed. (GR Art 127, 128) 

The retail value of all prizes in kind must be mentioned as well as detail of model, type 

and special features for cars. 

Instructions for breakdown of prize money: 

- Maximum 1/3 of the total prize money for the competition to the winner.

EUROPEAN YOUNGSTER CUP 2011 PAPPAS JUNIOR SPECIALS 2011 

Die jungen Reiter sind die Zukunftshoffnungen von morgen. Nachwuchsförderung ist ein wichtiger Bestandteil 

um internationales Top-Niveau zu ermöglichen. 

Der European Youngster Cup bietet den "jungen Wilden" unter den Reitern und Reiterinnen die Chance, sich 

auf renommierten Turnieren neben den Stars in Szene zu setzen. Die Prüfungen sind als S** Springen bis 1.45 

m Höhe ausgeschrieben, zugelassen ist die Altersklasse zwischen 16 und 25 Jahren. 

Die Idee hatte Dietmar Gugler, der Bundestrainer der Junioren und Jungen Reiter. Dr. Kaspar Funke und eine 

Sponsorengruppe, vertreten durch Sabina Illbruck und Rudolf Hindelang, griffen den Gedanken begeistert auf 

und schufen eine Plattform für die junge Generation. Auf gut organisierten Turnieren im In- und Ausland haben 

die Nachwuchstalente die Möglichkeit, sich zu vergleichen. 

Der EY Cup wurde im Jahr 2003 gegründet und erreicht mittlerweile ein hohes Maß an Popularität.

REGELN 

Teilnahmeberechtigung 

Der European Youngster Cup ist eine Serie für Reiter und Reiterinnen U25 von 16 bis einschließlich 25 

Jahren; dies sind 2011 die Jahrgänge 1986 - 1995. Pro Reiter sind max. bis zu 2 Pferde (7-jährig und 

älter) je Prüfung erlaubt. 

European Youngster Cup (Young Masters League) 

● punktet für den European Youngster Cup 

● 3 Springen (OPENING, S1*1,40 m und S2*1,45m) 

● die Sieger ausgewählter EYCUP-Springen S2* (1,45m) qualifizieren sich für die Finalveranstaltung 

EYCUP Events 201 

Finale EYCUP 2011 

● Finalveranstaltungsteilnehmer (ca. 30 Teilnehmer mit 1 Pferd) 

● alle Sieger S2* mit Direktqualifikationsstatus 

● bis zur Gesamtzahl aufgefüllt nach Punkteliste EYCUP 

● 3 Wildcards

PUNKTESYSTEM 

Es wird jeweils nur das punktbeste Pferd eines Teilnehmers einer Qualifikationsprüfung gewertet. 

Es werden alle Teilnehmer, die nicht aufgegeben haben oder ausgeschieden sind, entsprechend des 

Punktesystems gewertet. 

Die Prüfungen S* (1,40 m) und S** (1,45 m) werden getrennt geführt.
