Nylon wool fiber can be used to separate leukocytes from peripheral blood
and to separate T-cells from B-cells. Granulocytes and B-cells stick to the

nucleic acid fragments and proteins. For precision gels used in electrophoresis and isoelectric focusing.
Because of the low acidity levels of our acrylamide, binding of ampholytes is virtually eliminated
and fine pH gradients can be established. Fluorescence-free gels are readily prepared. For scanning
of gels n the UV region, our Ultra Pure grade acrylamide makes gels with baselines having very low

Acrylamide/Bis premixed powder HMO6d
The convenience and safety of premixed acrylamide and methylenebisacrylamide is now available
with Polysciences’ high quality standards. Acrylamide (#00019) and N,N’-methylene bisacrylamide
(#00719) are combined in a readily soluble form in exact proportions. Each batch is pretested. Each
unit (bottle) contains 30 grams of solids. Add deoinized water to the graduated bottle to make
100ml or 30% stock solution and store for 1 month at 4°C. No handling of toxic powders required.
