Quantum MESF
Quantum MESF Kits consist of a series of reference microbead standards whose intensities have
been calibrated in Molecules of Equivalent Soluble Fluorochrome (MESF) units. Used in quantitative
fluorescence cytometry to evaluate surface marker expression of cells. Quantum MESF Kits may
also be used to assess the detection threshold, resolution and linearity of the fluorescent channel.
Our free Flow Cytometry Data Analysis template works with all Quantum MESF Kits.

Quantum Simply Cellular ®
Quantum Simply Cellular ® Kits contain a mixture of microbeads that bind specific amounts of
IgG antibodies. These standards are calibrated in terms of Antibody Binding Capacity (ABC) and
can be used to construct calibration plots to determine the ABC of unknown samples and monitor
instrument performance. Our free Flow Cytometry Data Analysis is designed to work with all Quantum
