BODYPUMP is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room<br />

exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls.<br />

RPM is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. You have the ability to control the intensity of the workout, which means<br />

riders of all capabilities can work out together. The more you ride, the fitter you’ll become<br />

SPINNING Similar to Les Mills RPM, however our instructors have created their own playlist of songs and choreography to give you even more variety!<br />

BODYBALANCE is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centred and calm.. Each class is made up of 45<br />

minutes of simple but challenging exercises, followed by 10 minutes of relaxation and meditation. BYO stretching mat.<br />

BODYATTACK is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic<br />

movements with strength and stabilization exercises.<br />

CX WORX This 30-minute low impact, low cardio workout is the ultimate way to get a tight and toned core. It's ideal for tightening your tummy and butt, while also<br />

improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention.<br />

ABS EXPRESS Similar to Les Mills CX WORKX, however our instructors have created their own playlist of songs and choreography to give you even more<br />

LIVING LONGER LIVING STRONGER is endorsed by Council on the Ageing (COTA). It is a senior’s strength/stretch/spin/super circuit training program. The<br />

program provides participants with all the benefits of getting active, and step by step instruction on relevant exercises and equipment<br />

INSPIRED <strong>GROUP</strong> TRAINING Who will your Personal Trainer(PT) be this month? Each month your PT will structure a class format that will help you achieve all<br />

round health and fitness results. Details of the class formats change monthly and can be found on the ‘<strong>BayFit</strong> <strong>Leisure</strong> <strong>Centre</strong>’ face book page.<br />

AQUA AEROBICS Will help you achieve a great workout with less stress on the joints, great for fat burning and muscle tone and a lot of fun.<br />

POWER AQUA An intense workout that uses the resistance of water to burn calories while reducing body fat, increasing strength, flexibility and lean muscle.<br />

Using the water as resistance increases power and strength to improve everyday functions.<br />

CARDIO AQUA A fun water aerobics workout that mimics sports workouts such as running, weight lifting and kick boxing without impact or wear and tear on the<br />

body. Burns calories while improving fitness, flexibility and strength.<br />
