Note: Chinook salmon angling closed entire river. Emergency regulations opening Chinook<br />

angling may be adopted after the printing <strong>of</strong> these regulations. Up-to-date changes can be<br />

• Open for coho salmon Aug. 1-Dec. 31.<br />

• Open for trout all year.<br />

April 1-July 31.<br />

• 16 inch maximum length on brown trout. All brown trout over 16 inches must be released<br />

unharmed.<br />

• Catch <strong>and</strong> release on non-adipose fin-clipped rainbow trout.<br />

Elk Lake (Deschutes Co.) • 25 kokanee per day (no size limits) in addition to other trout species catch limit.<br />

Fall River (Deschutes Co.):<br />

• Open May 25-Sept. 30.<br />
