• Closed from Foster Dam downstream about 1/4 mile to ODFW markers.<br />

• Use <strong>of</strong> bait allowed.<br />

6. Middle Fork <strong>and</strong> tributaries upstream • Open April 27-Oct. 31, 5 trout per day, 8 inch minimum length.<br />

(Marion Co.)<br />

Small Fry Lake (Clackamas Co.) • Angling restricted to youths age 17 <strong>and</strong> under.<br />

• Open all year for trout angling, 2 trout per day with no minimum length.<br />

Smith <strong>and</strong> Bybee Lakes <strong>and</strong> Canals • No more than 1 bass over 15 inches in length.<br />

(Multnomah Co.)<br />

Smith Reservoir (Linn Co.) Note: Access may be restricted in 2013 due to construction.<br />

Smith River <strong>and</strong> tributaries above Smith • Open for trout April 27-Oct. 31.<br />

Reservoir (Linn Co.)<br />

• 5 trout per day, 8 inch minimum length.<br />

• Use <strong>of</strong> bait allowed.<br />

Spring Creek Pond (a.k.a. Maxwell • Closed.<br />

Pond) (Eugene)<br />

Springfield Mill Race (Lane Co.) Trout Regulations:<br />

• Open all year; 5 adipose fin-clipped trout per day, no minimum length. Non-adipose finclipped<br />

trout must be released unharmed.<br />

Salmon <strong>and</strong> Steelhead Regulations:<br />

• Open for adipose fin-clipped Chinook salmon, adipose fin-clipped steelhead <strong>and</strong> nonadipose<br />

fin-clipped steelhead greater than 24 inches all year.<br />

Special Gear Restrictions:<br />

• Use <strong>of</strong> bait allowed all year.<br />

Sturgeon Lake (Columbia Co.) • Closed for sturgeon.<br />

Tanner Creek (Columbia River) up- • Open for adipose fin-clipped steelhead Jan. 1-March 31 <strong>and</strong> Dec. 1-31.<br />

Timothy Lake (Clackamas Co.) • 25 kokanee per day (no size limits) may be taken in addition to other trout species catch<br />

limits.<br />

• No catch limit or size limit on brook trout.<br />

Trail Bridge Reservoir (Linn Co.) • Only adipose fin-clipped rainbow trout may be taken, 5 per day, no minimum length.<br />

• Angling restricted to artificial flies <strong>and</strong> lures.<br />
