Area (ocean) from the jetty tips seaward to the 15 fathom line <strong>of</strong>fshore from Twin Rocks<br />

(45* 35’ 54” N. lat.) to Pyramid Rock (45* 29’ 48” N. lat.).<br />

• Open for adipose fin-clipped spring Chinook salmon April 1-July 31 in Tillamook Bay<br />

inside the jetty tips.<br />

• Open for fall Chinook salmon Aug. 1-Dec. 31; 2 adult Chinook salmon per day, 4 in<br />

any 7 consecutive days, 10 per season in aggregate from all Nehalem, Tillamook, <strong>and</strong><br />

Nestucca bays <strong>and</strong> streams.<br />

The Dam Hole is located near Milepost 7 on the Trask River Road.<br />

• Closed from Gold Creek, at hatchery, 200 feet upstream <strong>and</strong> 900 feet downstream<br />

June 1-Nov. 30.<br />

Gear Restrictions:<br />

• From Cedar Creek wooden boat slide (RM 10.9) downstream to Loren’s Drift wooden<br />

boat slide (RM 9.0) from May 1 to July 31 angling is restricted to fly angling <strong>and</strong> bobber<br />

angling only. Bobber angling gear must include a bobber <strong>and</strong> a leader no longer than<br />

36 inches in length. Any weight (except the bobber) may be no more than 36 inches<br />

from the lowermost hook when suspended vertically. The leader below the bobber must<br />

remain suspended in the water column <strong>and</strong> not resting on the river bottom.<br />

2. North Fork • Open for adipose fin-clipped steelhead Jan. 1-March 31 <strong>and</strong> Dec. 1-31, upstream to<br />

Bark Shanty Creek.<br />

• Open for trout May 25-June 15 only.<br />

3. South Fork<br />

• Open for adipose fin-clipped steelhead Jan. 1-March 31 <strong>and</strong> Dec. 1-31, upstream to<br />

Edwards Creek.<br />

• Open for trout May 25-June 15 only.<br />
