Nestucca bays <strong>and</strong> streams.<br />

• <strong>Fish</strong>ing is authorized during open fishing seasons from the Nehalem Hatchery Barrier<br />

Free <strong>Fish</strong>ing Platform by those individuals who possess one <strong>of</strong> the following <strong>Department</strong>issued<br />

licenses: Blind Angler License; Wheelchair Angling License; Disabled War<br />

Veteran Angling License, or <strong>Oregon</strong> Disabilities Hunting <strong>and</strong> <strong>Fish</strong>ing Permit. A person<br />

may assist a <strong>Oregon</strong> Disabilities Hunting <strong>and</strong> <strong>Fish</strong>ing Permit holder in angling, provided<br />

that conditions <strong>of</strong> the permit are followed (see page 7).<br />

• Closed to angling for Chinook salmon above Hwy 53 Bridge all year.<br />

• Closed to all angling 200 feet upstream <strong>and</strong> 260 feet downstream (to marked deadline)<br />

at Fall Creek Falls adult fish trap (RM 16.5).<br />

Neskowin Creek (Tillamook Co.): • Open for adipose fin-clipped steelhead Jan. 1-March 31 <strong>and</strong> Nov. 1-Dec. 31.<br />
