by arms and therefore any organization which comes to the notice of the Government,
any Dal, any Sena, should be, which trains people, which holds camps for training
people, its followers and then shows them off in public parades, they should be taken to
task, they should be brought under the law and they should be banned. It is in this
connection that I am surprised to find that the Chief Minister of Orissa says he has no
evidence against people who have themselves spoken in public of their crimes that they
have committed of the way that they have behaved. Everybody knows it. The whole
world knows it. The holy pope knows it, the entire Catholic Chruch all over the world
knows it and it is completely ignored, so this is surprising. I would suggest that Bajrang
Dal should be one of the first organizations to be taken to the task, its background
should be examined, its record should be examined and it should be banned if it comes
within the law. Sir, I make one more suggestion – all public speeches by known
hatemongers and we know them who speak in public and rouse the sentiments of the
people, there should be video recorded, so that, they can be examined later and they
can be brought under the law and sections 153A and 153B. This should be a routine
exercise by the local police, so that whenever any public meeting takes place and any
known trouble maker is going to speak there, then it should be, it should be video
recorded. Sir, finally I like to bring to your notice, there is a lot of disaffection in the
Muslim Community. They on, what happened in the shootout in Batla House. The
Muslim minds simply refuses to accept that young post graduate Students, some of
who were appearing in exams, were planning such tomb bomb blasts all over the Country.
Therefore, Sir, so many distinguished persons who have examined the area examined
the details, have spoken for a judicial inquiry and I submit to you for consideration.
That in order to heel their wounds, in order to separate the truth from untruth, in order to
bring them justice, there should be a judicial inquiry in the Batla House shootout. I don’t
call it a encounter. There is some doubt, whether it was an encounter at all and finally
Sir, I would just like to say one word about this problem of conversion. Conversion is
a matter of free will; conversion can not be imposed, change of religion can not be
imposed on anyone and the choice is now given to people you want to go back to your
village, first change your religion, then you go back to your village. There is another
state in our country, where people are languishing in refugee camps for years and they
are told that you can not go back to your village because that village has been declared
to be part of Hindu Rashtra. It is no longer part of Bharat Rashtra. It is a part of Hindu
Rashtra. No place for Muslims there, such thing should be completely outlawed. That
dignity to preserve the dignity of any community of India, is a national duty. It is a duty
of the Government and therefore any community, any group, any social group which
is sort of despised in this manner and which is deprived of its rights in a systematic
manner and forced to change its religion. If it has to live in the Country, then in
that case it is the duty of the Government to go into this. Sir, that is all I have to
say. I only wish that this National Integration shall grow. The history of National
