Tommy Saye of Clarendon, TX, was<br />
presented with the Edward H. Stoll<br />
award for 50 years of cooperative<br />
weather observations in Clarendon.<br />
<strong>The</strong> award was presented during the<br />
biennial Severe Weather Workshop<br />
hosted by NWS Amarillo, TX, last<br />
spring. Tommy was also presented<br />
with an official <strong>Cooperative</strong> <strong>Observer</strong><br />
windbreaker for those windy Texas<br />
panhandle days.<br />

50 Year Honored Institution Awards<br />
<strong>The</strong> Lanai, HI, Water Company<br />
celebrated 50 years of contributing to<br />
the <strong>National</strong> Weather Service as<br />
cooperative observers. Pictured from<br />
