Bennie B. Hodges, who takes<br />
observations at the Rye Patch<br />
Dam in Pershing County, NV.<br />
<strong>The</strong> dam is part of the area's<br />
water district.<br />
<strong>The</strong> Oakridge Fish Hatchery staff was<br />
presented with a 50 Year Institutional<br />
Award for its dedicated service.<br />
