England. She goes above and
beyond when it comes to
customer service. When I needed
help, she interrupted her break
to help me, and she did it with a
smile on her face – and not a big
sigh! Thank you very much.

Amazing McChord
My husband asked that I get “lots”
of his favorite sports drink at the
McChord Commissary, Wash.
The first staff person I saw at the
commissary was Julia Vilgos,
produce storeworker, who was
outside stocking strawberries.
I asked her what to do, and she
immediately helped me by giving
me the case lot request form for Julia Vilgos
future use and by helping me
get “lots” for that day. She checked for cases and
when none were available, she got me boxes to load
with bottles from the shelf. This was a long process
and involved her tracking me down in the store
several times. She even brought me an extra cart.
Her customer service was absolutely amazing and
exemplary!

I commend the staff and crew of Mitchel Field
Commissary, N.Y. The facility is well-run
and saves me many dollars. I have been using
commissaries since 1946 and would not think of
shopping anywhere else.

Selfridge satisfaction
What a pleasant atmosphere to shop in the
Selfridge Commissary, Mich.! It’s always clean,
smells fresh and provides great service. The fruit and
vegetable trays are beautiful and a great value. Keep
up the good work. The commissary is my primary
shopping destination.
