rule (73 FR 23630). Section III.G. of the preamble to the<br />

FY 2009 IPPS final rule, Computation of the Final FY 2009<br />

Unadjusted Wage Index, describes the cost report schedules,<br />

line items, data elements, adjustments, and wage index<br />

computations. The wage index data affecting ESRD composite<br />

rates for each urban and rural locale may also be accessed<br />

on the <strong>CMS</strong> Web site at<br />

The wage data are located in the section entitled, “FY 2009<br />
