podsumowanie
Rezultaty badań Cladosporium cladosporioides metodą
EPR wskazują na udział centrów paramagnetycznych ich
melaniny w wiązaniu flucytozyny. W wyniku oddziaływania
melaniny z flucytozyną rośnie ilość wolnych rodników w
próbce. Sugerowana jest możliwość zastosowania biopolimeru
melaninowego zawartego w upigmentowanych
grzybach Cladosporium cladosporioides w kosmetykach.
Melanina ta może kumulować wybrane substancje czynne
leczniczo.
Flucytosine causes increase of free radicals concentration
in melanin of Cladosporium cladosporioides (TABLE
1). g-Values of 2.0037 indicate that o-semiquinone free
radicals mainly exist in the tested samples. Slow spin-lattice
relaxation processes appear in both the examined samples
(FIG.3). Flucytosine does not effect magnetic spin-lattice
(FIG.3) and spin-spin (ΔB pp: 0.37mT and 0.38mT, TABLE
conclusions
Results of EPR studies of Cladosporium cladosporioides
indicate that paramagnetic centers of their melanin play an
important role in bindning of flucytosine. The interaction of
melanin with flucytosine increases the amount of free radicals
in the sample. It is suggested that melanin contained
in pigmented soil fungi Cladosporium cladosporioides can
be applicated in cosmetics. This melanin may cumulate the
pharmacologically active substances.
