Pathophysiologie/Einteilung<br />
(1) Primäre <strong>Obstipation</strong><br />
1. Slow transit constipation („colonic inertia“)<br />
a) durch verminderte Anzahl von sog. „high-amplitude“<br />
Kontraktionen<br />
b) Durch erhöhte und unkoordinierte motorische Aktivität im distalen<br />
Colon<br />
2. Beckenboden-Dysfunktion<br />
a) Hypertonie des Sphincter ani externus („Anismus“) resp.<br />
Abdomino-perianale Dyssynergie<br />
b) Hypotonie des Sphincter ani externus, verbunden mit<br />
Megarektum und Descensus des Beckenbodens<br />
3. Ko<strong>mb</strong>ination von 1. und 2.<br />
(2) Sekundäre <strong>Obstipation</strong><br />
(3) <strong>Obstipation</strong> bei Colon irritabile (Blähungen,<br />
Schmerzen, Uebelkeit)<br />
