Das <strong>RADEX</strong> Aktivkohlefiltersystem<br />
bietet durch sein<br />
Mehrstufenfilterelement eine hohe<br />
Filterkapazität <strong>und</strong> Vielseitigkeit in der<br />
Anwendung.<br />
Die <strong>RADEX</strong> Filtereinheit (robustes,<br />
leichtes Alugehäuse) kann durch ein<br />
einzigartiges Befestigungssystem am<br />
Gestell einfach <strong>und</strong> schnell am Boden<br />
aufgestellt oder an der Wand befestigt<br />
werden.<br />
Mit unserem optionalen Zubehör<br />
können Sie Ihre <strong>RADEX</strong> Filtereinheit<br />
k<strong>und</strong>enspezifisch entsprechend<br />
anpassen, unabhängig davon ob es sich<br />
um Grad D, AS1715, EN12921 oder<br />
ISO8573.1 handelt.<br />
1. Die <strong>RADEX</strong> Schnellverschluss -<br />
kupplung ist universell kompatibel.<br />
Es können auch mehrere Kupplungen<br />
montiert werden.<br />
2. Der Druckregler kann ausgangs-<br />
oder (mit zusätzlichem Vorfilter)<br />
eingangsseitig montiert werden <strong>und</strong><br />
ermöglicht Ihnen den Luftdruck für die<br />
Atemluft- oder Lackieranwendungen<br />
optimal einzustellen.<br />
3. Die große Filterkapazität des<br />
Mehrstufenfilterelements entfernt<br />
Luftfeuchtigkeit, Feinpartikel über 5<br />
Mikron sowie Geruch aus dem<br />
Druckluftstrom <strong>und</strong> stellt absolut reine<br />
Druckluft zur Verfügung.<br />
Hinweis:<br />
Der Filter entfernt KEIN<br />
Kohlenmonoxyd oder toxische Stoffe!<br />
4. Der <strong>RADEX</strong> Filter verhindert mit<br />
einem Sicherheitsventil (max. ~8bar)<br />
einen zu hohen Überdruck im Filter.<br />
Über einen Ablasshahn am<br />
Behälterboden kann das Kondensat<br />
entleert werden.<br />
5. Die Ersatz-Mehrstufenfilterpatronen<br />
APF3100 sind mit einem austauschbaren<br />
Aufkleber versehen, damit Sie<br />
selbst das Austausch-Datum<br />
unvergesslich festlegen können.<br />

The robust container is made from light<br />
weight aluminium. You can combine<br />
the versatility of either floor mounting<br />
or wall mounting with increased<br />
filtration capacity.<br />
Our range of optional equipment means<br />
you can customize your <strong>RADEX</strong><br />
airline filter to meet your breathing air<br />
requirements, whether it be Grade D,<br />
AS1715, EN12021 or ISO8573.1 there<br />
is a <strong>RADEX</strong> system for you.<br />
1. The <strong>RADEX</strong> quick coupling is<br />
adaptable universal. You can activate<br />
up to 4 quick couplings.<br />
2. You can fit the pressurized air<br />
regulator at the air-entrance ( with a<br />
forward additional filter unit ) or on the<br />
top at the air exit, so you are able to<br />
adjust the pressure just for your use.<br />
3. The multi stage filter cartridge, type<br />
APF3100 can offer extended filter life.<br />
The APF3100 Air Filter Cartridge<br />
Quality Filtration materials which are<br />
manufactured to exacting standards<br />
have been chosen for the APF3100, to<br />
ensure the most efficient and effective<br />
filtration. The multi stage cartridge<br />
design removes oils, moisture and odor<br />
from the compressed air stream. The<br />
APF3100 Air Filter Cartridge is the<br />
replacement cartridge for the <strong>RADEX</strong><br />
Airline Filter, and can also fit into<br />
other brands of Air Filter.<br />
The APF3100 does not remove Carbon<br />
Monoxide. A Carbon Monoxide Alarm<br />
must be used at all times. We<br />
commmend the <strong>RADEX</strong> Carbon<br />
Monoxide Monitor.<br />
