das Bauprinzip eines elastomerlagers
ist ein elastomerblock mit horizonta-
len Bewehrungsblechen aus Baustahl.
diese verhindern, dass sich das elastomer
unter vertikalen Lasten seitlich ausdehnt,
erlauben aber gleichzeitig horizontale Verschiebungen
und Winkelverdrehungen. In einem
Vulkanisationsprozess werden stahl und
elastomer schub- und druckfest verbunden.
elastomerlager, auch Blocklager oder Gummikissen
genannt, sind besonders gut für kleine
und mittlere Belastungen, Verschiebungen
und Verdrehungen geeignet. sie sind kostengünstig,
robust, langlebig, einfach zu versetzen
und relativ unempfindlich gegen Einbaufehler.
durch niedrige charakteristische
Pressungen haben sie einen hohen Platzbedarf.
In Kombination mit stählernen Festhaltekonstruktionen
können sie als Festlager oder
geführtes Lager verwendet werden. In Kombination
mit Gleitelementen (PtFe oder MPe)
BeARING
The design principle is an elastomeric block
with horizontal reinforcement layers made of
structural steel which prevents the spreading
of the elastomer under vertical loading, whilst
allowing horizontal displacements and angular
rotations. Steel and elastomer are bonded in
a vulcanisation process and are, thereafter,
shear and pressure resistant.
Elastomeric bearings, also known as block
bearings or rubber pads, are especially suitable
for small and medium loading, displacement
and rotation. They are low in cost, robust, have
a long working-life, are easy to install and are
relatively insensitive to installation errors. They
have a relatively large space requirement due
to the low characteristic pressure.
In combination with steel restraints, they
can be used as fixed or guided bearings.
Combined with sliding elements (PTFE
or MPE), they can be used for large
displacements. This design is also known as
sliding elastomeric bearing.
