die Firma wurde 2001 als 100 %ige toch-
tergesellschaft von RWe Wels in Budapest
gegründet und befasste sich anfangs nur mit
dem Vertrieb von Brückenlagern und Übergangskonstruktionen
an ungarische Kunden.
die tätigkeit dehnte sich dann bald auf die
herstellung von Fingerübergangskonstruktionen
aus, wobei hier wichtige zulieferer Ihren
Sitz im Nordosten Ungarns, in Nyíregyháza,
hatten. Wegen des stark wachsenden Geschäftsvolumen
der RW-Gruppe entschloss
man sich 2006 zum Kauf eines 25.000 m²
großen Industriegeländes in Nyírtelek, einem
Vorort von Nyíregyháza. Darauf wurden in
mehreren Bauabschnitten hallen mit insgesamt
6.800 m² Nutzfläche errichtet. Es folgten
umfangreiche Investitionen in die maschinelle
Ausrüstung für die mechanische Fertigung,
den stahlbau, den Korrosionsschutz und die
Logistik. derzeit werden über 140 Mitarbeiter beschäftigt.
es sind umfangreiche weitere Investitionen,
u. a. in Großmaschinen und eine deutliche
Ausweitung der Personalkapazitäten geplant.
Produziert werden alle Arten von Brückenlagern
aus stahl, wobei der schwerpunkt auf
Kalottenlagern und Topflagern liegt. Bei den

The company was established in Budapest
as a wholly owned subsidiary of RWE Wels
and was initially solely engaged in the sale
of bridge bearings and expansion joints to
hungarian customers.
This operation quickly expanded into the
production of finger joints, with important
sub-contractors located in north-east
hungary at Nyiregyáza. due to an increasingly
expanding business volume, in 2006 the RW
Group decided to buy a 25,000 m2 industrial
site in Nyirtelek, a suburb of Nyiregyháza.
Subsequently, in several construction
phases, workshops with a total floor space
of 6,800 m2 were built. Various investments
in machinetools, steel fabrication, corrosion
protection and logistic followed. Today, more
than 140 employees work for this subsidiary.
Further comprehensive investments are
planned, e. g. in large machinery and a
significant increase in the number of staff.
All types of steel bridge bearings are
produced with the focus on spherical bearings
and pot bearings. The TRANSGRIP ®
finger-type expansion joint is the main
expansion joint product.
