Cassiobury Park Pools Playground
Spielplatzgerätehersteller Sutcliffe hat sich sehr gefreut, die Ausschreibung für den Cassiobury Park Pools
Playground, einem Vorzeigeprojekt des Stadtrats von Watford, gewonnen zu haben. Der neu gestaltete und
verschönerte Spielplatz im Cassiobury Park wurde offiziell von der Bürgermeisterin Dorothy Thornhill eröffnet.
Bürgermeisterin Dorothy Thornhill sagte: „Wir wissen, wie
wichtig Kinderspielplätze für die Bewohner der Stadt sind,
und wir haben mit den Schulen vor Ort zusammengearbeitet,
um diesen herrlichen neuen Spielplatz zu schaffen!”
Vince Perry, Gebietsverkaufsleiter bei Sutcliffe Play, meinte
dazu: „Dies ist ein großartiges Projekt und wir sind stolz, daran
mitgewirkt zu haben. Der Park und der Spielplatz sind ein wesentlicher

Mayor Dorothy Thornhill said: “We know how important children’s
play areas are to residents of the town, and we have worked alongside
the local schools to deliver this lovely new playground!”
Sutcliffe Play’s Area Sales Manager, Vince Perry comments; “It’s been a
great project to be involved with. The park and playground are, and will
continue to be, a significant part of the local community’s daily life.
Being able to consult with the local schools was a real benefit when designing
and creating a suitable play area they would all appreciate and
use.”
The new playground is the latest feature in the ever-improving Green
Flag award winning Cassiobury Park.

The Green Flag award is a national recognition that the park is well run,
providing good facilities for local people and that the council has the
right plans in place for the park’s future improvement and development.
Mayor Thornhill continued: “When you know that Green Flag applications

proud of Cassiobury Park, and why we will continue to work hard to
make improvements for residents and visitors to the park.”
