Jasmina Šepetavc hat einen
Doktor in Gender Studies und ist
Wissenschaftlerin an der Fakultät für
Sozialwissenschaften in Ljubljana. Ihre
Forschungsinteressen umfassen Film-,
Populärmusik-, Feminismus- und Queer-
Theorien. Sie hat für verschiedene
Zeitschriften und Magazine u.a.
über Filmtheorie geschrieben. Sie
ist Mitglied des Redaktionsteams
der slowenischen, akademischen
Zeitschrift „Družboslovne razprave“, der
akademischen Zeitschrift „Feminist
Encounters“ – bei der sie derzeit
eine Sonderausgabe mit dem Titel
„Peripheral Visions of Alternative
Futures: Feminist Technoimaginaries“
mitgestaltet – sowie der slowenischen
Zeitschrift für Film und Fernsehen
„Ekran“. Zudem arbeitet sie als
Filmkritikerin, macht Auswahl für
Filmfestivals und ist Mitglied bei
FIPRESCI.
Jasmina Šepetavc holds a PhD in
Gender Studies and is a researcher at
the Faculty of Social Sciences, Ljubljana.
Her research interests include film-,
popular music-, feminist- and queer
theory. She has written on film theory
as well as other topics for various
magazines and journals. She is a part
of editorial teams at the Slovenian
academic journal “Družboslovne
razprave”, the academic journal
“Feminist Encounters” – where she is
currently co-editing a special issue titled
“Peripheral Visions of Alternative Futures:
Feminist Technoimaginaries” –, as well
as the Slovenian magazine for film and
television “Ekran”. She also works as a
film critic and film festival selector and
is a member of FIPRESCI.

Yulia Serdyukova ist Dokumentarfilmproduzentin
und Kuratorin sowie
Mitglied von „Freefilmers“ cinemovement,
Mitbegründerin von „Filma.
Feminist Film Festival“ und Gründerin
von „yutopia films“. Ihr Interesse gilt der
Produktion und Förderung von Werken
unabhängiger Filmschaffender sowie
von Grassroots-Initiativen, die Kolonialpolitik,
Imperialismus, Kapitalismus,
Patriarchat und Heteronormativität in
Frage stellen. Zu Yulias wichtigsten
kuratorischen Arbeiten gehört die
Mitgestaltung der Online-Ausstellung
„Trust Cut“ – über Ästhetik, Ethik und
Politik in Dokumentarfilmproduktionen.
Außerdem arbeitet sie oft als lokale
Produzentin für europäische Medien,
die über den russischen Krieg gegen die
Ukraine berichten.
Yulia Serdyukova is a documentary
film producer and curator. She is a
member of “Freefilmers” cinemovement,
co-founder of “Filma. Feminist Film
Festival” and the founder of “yutopia
films”. She is interested in producing
and promoting works of independent
filmmakers and grassroots initiatives
that challenge colonial policies,
imperialism, capitalism, patriarchy and
heteronormativity. Among her core
curatorial works, Yulia has co-created
an online exhibition entitled “Trust
Cut” – on aesthetics, ethics and politics
of documentary film production. Additionally,
she oftentimes works as a local
producer for European media covering
the Russian war against Ukraine.

Mariam Agamian hat einen Master of
Arts in Kino- und Fernsehdramaturgie
von der Kiewer Nationalen I.K. Karpenko-Kary
Universität für Theater,
Kino und Fernsehen. Mariam ist eine
unabhängige Forscherin und Aktivistin
aus Kiew, die derzeit in Berlin lebt. Sie
arbeitet antirassistisch und quer- feministisch,
macht Stand-up-Comedy, Kino
und Theater und ist Mitbegründerin
von Kviradio, einer Plattform, die sich
dem Vorlesen von queer-feministischer
Theorie, Manifesten, Gedichten und
Märchen widmet.
Mariam Agamian has a Master of Arts
in cinema and television playwriting
from Kyiv National I.K. Karpenko-Kary
Theatre, Cinema and Television
University. Mariam is an independent
researcher and activist from Kyiv
currently based in Berlin. She works with
antiracism, queer feminism, stand-up
comedy, cinema and theatre and is
the co-creator of Kviradio, a platform
dedicated to reading queer feminist
theory, manifestos, poems and fairy
tales aloud.
