Earth has been under the stewardship of the Caledon Galactic-
Interstellar Federation of Planets, CGIFP, for forty years. The ratio of
women to men is twenty to one. The CGIFP placed a moratorium on births
to diminish Earth’s overpopulation, limiting one child per household.
